Participation is available live online exclusively through the Drouot platform.

• place online max absentee bids after registering at loudos.gr
• download the registration form for telephone bidding or written bids

Please note that the auction will be conducted from our offices and that telephone bidding slots are limited.

Early registration on Drouot is strongly recommended, we have waived the platform fees and you can participate free of charge, with no additional platform fees. The buyer’s premium for this auction is 22% plus VAT (total 27.28% on the final hammer price) and is the same whether you participate via Drouot’s live bidding or directly through our auction house.

How to bid – Bidding options:

1. Live Online while watching the live streaming of the auction in real time by registering in:

2. Online absentee bidding, at this auction page, register and place your max bid for the lot/lots you wish to bid.

The intended maximum bid can be submitted via loudos.gr until the start of the auction. The bid has to be received no later than 3 hours prior to the start of the auction.

3. Telephone Bid with one of our team: To register to telephone bid please contact us at info@loudos.gr no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the auction.

4. Written Absentee bid: You can fill in the written absentee bid form with the intended maximum bid and send it by email or ship it to our offices. The bid has to be received no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. Click here to download the form.

Shipping & Collection

The auction house may provide packing and shipping services for most items in the auction, with the exception of furniture (see notice below).

Important Notice

Furniture lots are located on the third floor of a private apartment at 12 Leoforos Vasileos Konstantinou, Athens.

Collection is the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be arranged at the buyer’s own expense within 10 days of the close of the auction.

The auction house does not provide packing, dismantling, or transportation services for these lots.

Upon request, the auction house may assist buyers by providing contact details of independent transporters. Any such arrangements are made directly between the buyer and the transporter, and the auction house accepts no responsibility for these services.
