Fabergé Imperial-Style Collectible Egg with Display Case & Accessories

A luxurious Fabergé Imperial-style collectible egg, a stunning example of timeless craftsmanship and elegance. Housed in a rich blue velvet presentation case with white satin lining, this piece pays homage to the opulence of the Russian Imperial Court.
Imperial Steel Military Egg made for Czar Nicholas II to present to his wife the Empress Alexandra Fedorovna in 1916. This is the last Faberge Imperial Easter egg that was presented to the Empress. The Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 ended the long reign of the Romanov dynasty.
The Imperial Steel Military Egg commemorates the awarding of the Order of St. George to Emperor Nicholas II. The Steel egg is decorated with the gold Imperial Crown and appliques of the heraldic double-headed eagle with arrows and a laurel wreath in its claws, symbol of war and ultimate victory. The stand is in the form of four artillery shells mounted on a black marble pedestal. The surprise is a miniature painting and easel with the cross and ribbon of the Order of St. George.
The Steel Military egg is part of the Moscow Kremlin Armoury Museum Collection.
This is an Officially authorized Faberge Reproduction. Accompanied with presentation box and booklet.
