A vintage Vacheron & Constantin Geneve wristwatch, the dial with applied Roman numeral and baton hour markers, gilt hands and subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock, signed ‘VACHERON & CONSTANTIN GENEVE’. Manual-winding mechanical movement.
The 18K yellow gold case with shaped lugs, the inside case back signed ‘VACHERON & CONSTANTIN SWISS’, stamped ’18K 0.750′, bearing the Swiss Helvetia head gold hallmark, and numbered 293954.
Fitted with a later brown leather strap and gilt pin buckle.
Case diameter: approx. 32 mm, excluding crown.
